The PS 264 PTA builds bridges between families and the community.
The PS 264 PTA is a volunteer-driven organization dedicated to supporting students, teachers, and families at PS 264, The Bay Ridge Elementary School for the Arts. Our mission is to foster collaboration between home and school, advocate for student success, and build a vibrant and inclusive community.

Our Mission
Through engaging events and successful fundraising, we strengthen the partnership between home and school, expand opportunities for learning, and ensure every child is celebrated.
✓ We encourage excellence and supplement school resources through school enrichment grants.
✓ We listen to one another to realize the aims and dreams of our children.
✓ We build community and relationships while embracing diversity.
✓ We welcome, support, and include every family, teacher, and administrator as an important part of the PTA.
Every parent, guardian, and teacher is automatically a member of the PTA.
Together, we share in the responsibility and joy of supporting our students and school.

What We Do
The PTA supports PS 264 through fundraising, community events, and programs that enhance learning and creativity. We help provide classroom resources, arts materials, cultural experiences, and enrichment opportunities that strengthen the connection between home and school.

Membership is open to all parents, guardians, and teachers. You can join by attending our monthly meetings, volunteering at events, or simply sharing your ideas.
